Request HTC Network Wizard 1.0.30737.1

I upgraded to Schap's 4.00 RC ROM and found this 30737 version of HTC Network Wizard finally works with my hermes. However, due to some unstable situation of my phone, I had to downgrade to 3.60a. The Network Wizard of 1.0.29982 in 3.60a cannot recognise my operator.

I tried to dump the network wizard out of 4.00 RC, but this version seems totally changed, like provision.zip and .exe file size. I just don't know what are essentials should be ported to 3.60a.

Can any one guide me doing this or offer a CAB file?

Doesn't seem any one have time, alternatively, could you please help me to check with the registry to see how Network Wizard is configured.

Also i need this cab... i am using v.1.0.29981.1 and works well, but there isnt the NAME of the link under the ICON in setting->connections tab.
