Why do you want to learn your phones cid ? If you are attempting to flash another rom onto the tilt/Kaiser/tytn II then you need to cid unlock the phone by using kaiser hard spl (search for it using the search function) once you find that file install and follow directions to cid unlock your device then you can use the search function again to find a rom to your liking and flash it on your device... I would advise you to read as much as possible on the subject from a to z so you dont brick your phone ... I took the plunge a few days ago:D and I am running a tilt cid unlocked with kaiser hard spl (thanks pof)with the htc wwe rom and the only other install i have done is the keyboard cab fix ... i didnt want to add on any other programs so I could be sure the system was stable and would not crash.... so far so good about 70+ hours now with no freezes and I have yet to need to reset the device .... the only issue i have is with the lag when changing from portrait to landscape mode and also some lag with button response  other than that the htc wwe rom is very stable and clean plus it looks a whole lot better than the at&t rom....
Good luck

Is there any rom or anything you can do to alleviate that lag when switching from portrait to landscape? Anyone know?

I try to load less memory consuming home items. It makes a difference during the portrait <-> landscape switching..

I wish that there was some way to do that especially if it would come as some sort of .cab file but alas I ahve yet to find anything that would make me think something like that is available for the kaiser . I have spent countless hours searching through the threads for some hint but as indicated in the post above a way to reduce the lag albeit not totally remove it is to reduce the amount of memory draining home items.
If anyone does figure out a way to seriously reduce the lag or altogether stop it please pm me with the information.... :D
