Tilt "Not enough memory" error when ziping files

I have a 8925 AT&T Tilt running att ATT software, no flash just a few little app add-ons FYI

Ok so I have a few ZIP files on my phone. Tried to unzip them and I got the error "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY" and it stops.???

I figured I had too many programs running to I decided to reset my phone and try again. Same thing happened. So I went ot my TODAY screen and turned everything off the today screen to try to get the memory usage down. I also turned the phone off, all data off, so it was practically a PDA and I still got the SAME thing....

I know I can unzip them at home, but I will not be there for a while and I was really needing to unzip them now. Anyone have any information concerning this? THANKS

Are you unziping to the card or main memory?

I just tested it....
What I did was got a RAR file, a ZIP file, opened PIE, OPERA and Media Player. I unziped and unrared at the same time with several apps open and it worked fine for me. I did unzip and unrar to the memory card, not main memory.

EDIT:
My ZIP was 45mb (video) and the RAR was 70mb (video), just FYI.

all my files are on my card. I will try with a file on the phone right now and see if it continues...

i just tried it from the phones memory and I still get the error. The files are fairly small in size, biggest being 145kb....I dont know why I am getting this maybe it is the files....I will try to re-download them and try again..
