What's the difference between those two roms??!!

Hi all,

I saw tow English ROms on the HTC magician Wiki , I just want to know if they are officials , and what's the diiference between those two Roms ???

OS 1.12.00 / ExtROM 1.12.131 / Radio 1.12
OS 1.12.00 / ExtROM 1.12.920 / Radio 1.12

can I use them on My O2 xda mini !!??
or Is there a special Rom for my o2 xda mini ??!!

The only difference between these roms are that the ext rom is for a certain country or phone provider and has different types of software to load when the phone boots after a hard reset.

Numbers are not the only thing to follow as some roms also have WWE (world wide english) and ITA (Italy) etc.
