Re-mapping physical buttons on Tilt

The "Buttons" setting only allows me to change the short press settings for 5 buttons. Elsewhere on this forum, there are instructions for adding the PTT button for both short press and long press, by adding registry keys 40C6 and 40C7.

Does anyone know the registry keys for all the physical buttons, both short and long press:

40C1 IE short
???? IE long
40C2 Messaging short
???? Messaging long
40C3 Start short
???? Start long
40C4 OK-front short
???? OK-front long
40C5 Camera short
???? Camera long
40C6 PTT short
40C7 PTT long
???? OK-side short
???? OK-side long
