ok i just did the new ROM update on my mogul. Now it will not let me load any exterior themes. any solutions?

yeah, go back to the old rom.

The new one's got too many bugs for many of us to handle at the moment...

I installed the 2.16 rom and then the 1.40 radio and it's working great so far :D
