Alpine Dead....HELP !!!!!!

Hello Guys,
I found this Forum after a long search.I have a qtek 2020i and when I was trying to upgrade the ROM it all went dead and it shows on screen as usb or serial v1.01. I dont know what to do Iam desperate.Someone told me to flash the ROM ,
1.How do I Flash the ROM , what is the procedure
2.And then how do I proceed so that my QTEK works and iam ready to use it and make calls.

Flashing the rom was exactly what you were doing when it went wrong, i.e. upgrading it. Try running the upgrade again to see if it will let you complete it, btw it was a qtek 2020i rom that you were upgrading with?
