How can I put the HTC Touch WM6 ROM TO My Dopod 818Pro, I have already dumped the raw file from HTC Touch. Please let me know.

Don't - but you can put a WM6 ROM spcifically for the Prophet that's had some HTC Touch features included.

Read, read, read and when you have finished reading...read some more then you'll be able to do an update that does what you want.

As 'zeroed' is saying, don't try to install the actual Touch ROM. You will brick your device.
