Unhandled Exception Error on Treo 750 Unlock

Treo 750 with AT&T running WM5 trying to unlock to use on another GSM carrier. Downloaded the current treo 750 unlock software from this site. after step 2 I get unhandled exception error and cannot continue. Phone is synced properly and I have followed all steps to the "t".

I see this question asked many times throughout the site but never an answer. can someone let me know what causes it and how to fix it. I know lots of people would appreciate it.

I have same problem. after step 2 i got error massage. cant do third step.

i tried this software myself and got the same error. I read somewhere that the use of the included radio software could possibly make the no upgradable through the normal means with the upcoming AT&T update. Now not sayingit end up this way but a remote unlock is easier and achieves the same affect but without flashing new software into the phone. I recommend www.gsmliberty.com . it is what i ended up doing and it worked just fine with no software flashing envolved.the Writer of the Hard SPL unlocker is very good at what he does but bare in mind it is by no means official software. outside of that you use it at your own risk.
