I ask you please give me detailed instructions on how to make this swap. The blue tooth on the mogul is crap and plus the touch is hotter in my opinion. I need on e of those

Sprint retention has been alerted to the Mogul issues and is offering a straight up swap (mostly because the Touch is cheaper).

It's YMMV on swaps. More likely to get a swap offer if you are a longer time customer/on higher plan/paid retail for Mogul.

called retention dept. no go..

I figured it is because of the following reasons:

1. sero plan
2. phone had rebates (not a full retail price)
3. already exchanged a phone in the first 30 days (from treo 755p to mogul)

I wouldn't pay $300.00 for it since I got mine for $175 before rebates but I might be interested in a second phone to test with.
