I-mate Smartflip

It seems that unless you are in Europe, there is no support for this phone. I tried to join "Club I-mate" but it is not made for Americans. Anybody have any ideas where I can find support? I cannot get the dial-up internet to work. I have other general questions as well. Any help would be appreciated!
