How do you backup ur files?

I was wondering since many of you keep flashing new firmware onto your Prophets, it also means that you keep losing your data. I was wondering how you guys save your PIM, sms, and other files.

I have PIMbackup in all my roms and it backs up all the PIM sms and stuff like that
some use other software
and others sync with outlook on pc
