help needed please, for some reason my spvm3100's screen is just a bright white screen, ive heard of this problem before and searched the threads for answers bt i can only find people who have had the problem and not a solution...

any answers - ive tried hard reseting already.

Is your phone working alright otherwise,can it receive calls, make calls and perform other tasks ? well if it can then it's your LCD screen,it has faked out.

Well I'm not much into Hermes devices as I only had wizards uptill now,but in wizards,there are certain programs which can be very helpful in this situation,with them you can display the Today screen on your computer desktop via usb connection and perform all the tasks.
Download some these from here and check if it works with Hermes also or not,if they do pop up the screen of your phone on your PC's desktop,atleast you'll have the opportunity to use your phone and know if the phone is working or not.if it works than its your LCD screen,get it replaced.
