by BRUSH i think he meant he upgrading the rom.

brush means flash,

if i'm guessing right, he followed the guide on XDA forum to flash his kaiser with the hardspl and then wants to flash to taiwan english version rom, which should be the same as the hk english, known as the wwe rom, he flashed it upto 36% and suddently it stop, so he thinks there is something wrong with the rom, so he is requesting another copy of the rom and may be some help too.

since i have no experiences in flashing wm phone, may be someone can help out.

I think he is trying to say the flash fail after 36% progress, then screen turn into wrong color? He is probably has the HardSpl installed and flash with a WWE version of ROM with CHT support. He wants a CHT ROM to reflash.
