i wouldnt buy crystal case besides from companies such as boxwave, proporta or even brando. its because a lot of immitation crystal case are just cheap plastic, unlike those big brand ones, if you drop it, it wont easily get cracked.

It covers the HTC logo at the bottom of the screen. I was under the impression that covering that will eliminate the ability to use the swipe gestures.

I usually recomend crystal cases, but not for the touch.
Bought one from Brando Shop. Too hard to access the keys, and for the first time I lost a styllus. I'm back to silicone for now, and waiting my black alluminum to see how it does.
