WM5 or WM6 on Magician... possible?

Hi ev'body!
I wanna know if it's possible to upgrade my Magician I-Mate Jam WM 2003 snd Ed to WM5 or WM6? :confused:
I wanna upgrade my old magician to actual OS of Microsoft!!!
If so,ebody have made it please help me for the operation to follow!! :(
