Eeeeehmmmm, yes, nice. But we do not understand a word. Was it google-translated or something?
If you did something wron during upgrade, just do the upgrade again. Follow the procedure step after step, do not omit even one step - try to understand what are you doing and what for.
Without more understandable information (about what were you doing and what is happening) we cannot help you.

Reading between the lines of the original post I suspect the author has done the same as me - or at least ended up with the same result. Anybody know of a fix.
Cause; I attempted to restore from backup over wifi (yes wifi - I was desperate & didnt have the cradle available).
Result; my XDA 2s went blank and now displays a screen displaying "Serial V2.07" (or "USB V2.07" when in the cradle). No amount of re-attempting to re-connect to the device works. I'v tried soft / hard resets / battery removal etc. I'm using Microsoft ActiveSync V4.5. The XDA is an O2 badged variant.
I suspect I'm looking for a boot strap load program that will repair the xda rom such that i can subsequently reload its operating system. Any positive suggestions gratefully received.

just found reference to putting xda2s into bootloader mode "soft reset button, power button and center of D-pad button together" - this still leaves the screen saying "Serial v2.07" - Am I already in bootloader mode? - if it is what do I do next?

problem solved - I went back to the 2nd posters answer and attmpted from the begining to install Xda_IIs_Upgrade_v140242.exe, ignoring what was on the xda screen & it worked.
I now have a functioning xda - but I still have with the problem I was trying to solve in the first place.
After a the xbackup restore, the xda desktop isnt re-written cleanly, it overlays semi-transparently on top of the last program run. The desktop accepts stylus commands to run programs which open and display cleanly. How can I clean this up - I dont want to loose O/S DBs e.g. my messages etc. - I dont see a way I can port them across upgrades so I can not just stick with the Xda_IIs_Upgrade_v140242.exe
