HP rw6815 extract ROM

I've downloaded the new ROM from HP webside for my HPrw6815!

I started the installation and i've got:

1.12.00_rw6815_diskimage_GER_sign_0802.nbf

I would like to extract this nbf!

can anybody help to to get the tools for doing this!

Open file sp35823.exe with WinRar , and simple extract file :D

but i want to extract the ROM (nbf.) not the installation (.exe)
