Where to get Touch apps for our Moguls?

Hey guys,

I recently got a Touch and found that while the phone is nice in itself, it's not going to hold a candle to the Titan/Mogul. I'm sending it back, but before I do, there are several applications that appear to be part of the ROM that I would love to get my hands on, namely the Camera, Camera Album, upgraded X Button, multiple Messenger tool, etc.

I've read that it's possible to dump the ROM from the Touch, but I'm wondering if there's an effective way to extract those applications out, and then install them on our phones. I'm still very new to the ROM hacking/modding scene, but I'd like to take advantage of this opportunity, as I have the Touch here in front of me.

Any advice/information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
