cannot sync with xp

i recently loaded my universal with wm6 and now i cant sync it with me pc someone help please

Hello,

check your Active Sync, make sure that the USB conectaion is allowed. (file --> connection settings --> allow USB connections)
Un-install and re-install active Sync.

do you notice anything in your PC when you plugin the phone????

goto settings->connections->usb to pc
uncheck "enable advanced network functionality"
