O2 XDA NEO Battery issue

after upgrading to WM6 Prophet Touch 9 i forgot to Charge my device untill it went off charge and afterwards i tried to open again but it switched off at the bootloader afterwards i pluged it into the mainsd charger and the computer charger but the device is not responding and the baterry seems to not charge ?
anyone knows how to get it started knwing tht i canged the baterry last time due to this error ! but the baterry is fine i supose as it is just 3 days old !

Hy i thi i had the same problem, the phone was brand new from o2 and i cant carge it, i boy a newbattery and since tham it works fine.
