email security certificate - cannot access certificate

I have an unlocked XDA orbit with WM5 that I cant link to my server as the certificate that I put on the phone is not accessible when I click on it.

The techie who setup my server also has an XDA Orbit but on O2 and WM6 and his works fine.

any help appreciated.

Hello. My suggestion is as following:
1. enter on your mail server from workstation via IE;
2. in low right corner of IE browser you should see a lock icon - double click on it;
3. you should see a certificate window, click on Details tab & then on [Copy to File...] button - follow by wisard;
4. on Certification Path tab you should see tree of certificates you needed - repeat step 3 above for each of them;
5. copy saved certificate's files to you mobile device & tap on each of them to install to your system.
That's it. I guess, it will fix you mail issue on your PDA.

P.S.: if you are not sure how to do this, pls, keep everything as is. Good luck.
