It seems to good to be true. By setting presidence hopefully all other carriers will follow.

Has anyone tried to get their's unlocked yet? or get one activated from another carrier?

the article says that t-mobile is getting sued because the iphone is locked to their network wtf? i certainly hope that is a typo (a really odd one)

No, it says that t-mobile is getting sued for using software that prevents UNLOCKED iphones from being used on their network.
