HELP with HTC home screen

just wondering, and i've searched alot of the forums, but i cant seem to find any advice on it.. i downloaded the WRCX3 rom.. and the htc time screen is set to army time (24hrs) can you fix that to set just at the 12 hour times? i hate looking at the screen and it says 13:55 lol instead of 1:55 can anyone help! thanks!

settings/Regional Settings

go to the time tab along the bottom. click the down arrow in the "time style" box then click the up arrow in the drop-down menu. choose hh:mm:ss tt or h:mm:ss tt and you will have a twelve hour clock!
