MDA battery connector pin out

My MDA has been acting flaky so I decided to reflash the firmware, but unfortunately the battery died during the flash. I know what your thinking, I should have charged it first. I did, the MDA was reporting 100% full but obviously it wasn't.

Is there any way I can connect a power source directly to the MDA? Does anyone have a pin out/schematic of the battery connector? I checked the service manual with no luck.

I had the same problem... but if you can't charge the battery, strip an old USB cable and expose the Red (Positive) and Black (Neg.), then touch them to the far left and right contact pads on your battery... note which side is positive and which is negative (it should be labeled). USB won't fry the battery since it can't put out anything beyond 5.x volts. It worked for me.
