8125 help! G4- wm6

ok so im new at this soo please bare with me
ive been trying to upgrade my phone to wm6
so i found instructions on youtube and followed them good...
then i found out my phone was g4
so i tried to unlock it using this

I used both and still nothing, it will cancel... i used windows xp and i still havr trouble... soo if someone can help me i would really appreciate it
im trying to unlock it so i can update it with the t-mobile wizard
and i want the touchFlo
but i just cant unlock it to get it

let me get alittle more in dep
im using the hard_SPL-G4.exe and it says no device detected
and it is (im using windows xp)
but when i try it with vista it will detect it but wont go all the way through and will leave my 8125 in a white screen
and then the program will close due to problems
i used the soft one but then it wont go though in the end on windows xp
