How to change unlock

How do I change the unlock button mapping?
When I hold down the End Call hard button I want that to activate another application.... s2u2 but that is irrelevant.

How can I edit the function of holding down the end call key?
Is their a registry key assigned to this?

I want this function to open an alternative locking application.
