Help on X01HT

I have this X01HT that my sister gave me. I was able to change the language using the following.

RUU_HERMES_HTC_WWE_1_1_.35.255.2_1.35.255.102_1.08 .00.10_SHIP
SSPL-HERM

I think this is Windows Mobile 5. I want now to upgrade it Windows Mobile 6. I found these 2 files here.

HTC_TyTN_WWE_3.54.255.3_6275_1.48.00.10_108
Schaps_WM6Pro_WWE_4.01_Full

Below is my Device Information.

ROM Date: 11/14/2006
Radio Version: 1.14.01.10

ExtROM Version: 1.35.255.102

When I run SSPL-HERM (the one I downloaded from this forum), I got the following details below.

When I press POWER button on the right side and OK button on the left side, I get the details below.

Questions:

1. What ROM shall I use to upgrade to Windows Mobile 6 (HTC_TyTN_WWE_3.54.255.3_6275_1.48.00.10_108 or Schaps_WM6Pro_WWE_4.01_Full)?

2. Shall I use the SSPL-HERM that I downloaded from this forum to enter into bootloader or shall I press at the same time the POWER button and OK button?

3. How can I upgrade my Radio Version?

4. What other enhancement I can do with my X01HT?

5. Can someone help me unlock my X01HT? I tried using HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a but no luck. Is there another way to do it without paying?
