Is it possible to move your start bar to the bottom. Also can you map a button to open the start menu?? Like the key on the Apache and the new HTC models??

I think you would need something like WAD to move the Start button. Do you have SoftKeys installed? This maps the left soft key to Start.

Thank you I'll check it out. I've been working on alot of HTC phones lately if you know anything that could be helpful with the HERMES it would be greatly appreciated!!

Not too sure about the Hermes, I have an 8125 (Wizard). For the Wizard SofrKeys is a must have app. :)
