Hey,

Does anyone happen to know of a working and regularly updated version of a wifi sniffer like Netstumbler for the WM5/6 environment? One of the things I do on occassion at my job is go from site to site after hours with a shitty old dell and a cisco a/b/g card to pickup on the freakdogs in the area who might be attempting to hack into our network. Since buying my beast (tytn II) I was thinking that it'd be a hell of a lot easier just to break this puppy out instead (seeing as most networks nowadays are typically a/g and b is more or less found in corporate environments (at least in my area).

Drop me a line if you have any suggestions:

WiFiFoFum rocks. It can export in NetStumbler format to import in other programs that support NS.

Sweet! Just used WiFiFoFum to track down 2 laptops in my office that were transmitting as "US Airways Free WiFi" Ad-hoc networks.
