Startup Service - htcsvc.dll

I have HTCSVC greyed out under Startup Services when viewed with MemMaid, when I clicked on it, it refers to htcsvc.dll and said target is missing.

Any idea what this service does and where can I obtain the DLL? Thanks.

Did youever get any answer to this? i am having the same issue with the latest Kaiser Rom from HTC. I am also getting a Filesys error during startup. i am wondering if these are related? What did you do? Did you also have a startup error.
