looking for WM6 file exploere

hi all
since I don't have the knowledge to dump ROMs and make out of it CAB files
does anyone could please give a good hand and may have the file explorer as in Helmi_C ROM (or in PDAVIET ) as a cab to install on present Xplode ROM.
I would appreciate it very much, and I'm sure I will not be the only one :o

first thing is that you are cooking great ROMs
but this is not the same file explorer
I re-flash Helmi_C ROM and it is a different program
since I don't know how to Extract Helmi_C ROM and take the files from there and place them in your ROM, I need help

I could not find how to "open" a .nbf file into directories
