after i flashed the cingular rom with the new radio i cannot hear any sound on my tilt.. can someone please help me?

flash your original ROM back. Then, start reading about this issue.

i flashed the rom i had before and still the same problem.. do you know where i can find the att shipped rom? or other methods in fixing this problem.

first things first:

set up your signature like mine so it displays your rom version/radio version/type of device. You can get this information in start->settings->system tab->about and start->settings->system tab->device information. Next, choose your carrier so it displays in the upper right as mine does. This information helps us to help you. ;)

Flash just a radio you can find it from ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Uploads/Kaiser/Radio/KAIS_Radio_Only_1.27.12.17_CustomRUU.rar
or
flash original ATT Rom from ftp://xda:xda@ftp.xda-developers.com/Uploads/Kaiser/Roms/RUU_Kaiser_ATT_WWE_1.60.502.3_radio_sign_22.45.88. 07_1.27.14.09_Ship.rar.
