Help my qtek 9100 is going crazy

My phone likes to act on its own. The volume control likes going up and down on its own. The phone pad opens on its own. Dials my voicemail on its own. Contact list opens on its own. Different letter keys keep repeating as if the button itself is being held down. LED for the buttons will stay on as if a button is being pushed.
I've flashed different roms, official carrier roms, the factory rom, countless hard resets. Still the problem won't go away. I don't know whatelse to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
