i have trouble with my atom. when i made a call, the person whose i talked with can't hear my voice. using menu self diagnostics, recording test passed, but audio loop-back test failed.
any idea to fix this problem?
O2 service center in indonesia really s**ck, they recejt my warranty cause i dont have invoice from the store where i buy the atom.

you could try hardreset or reflash of rom its not the end of the world, if that doesnt work then consider replacing the mic.

I've that problem before on my Atom.. i did Hard Reset and it won't fix the problem..

Finally, after my unit sent to the repair department.. it appears to be the "microphone" piece broken and need to be replaced.

Quanta gave O2 for Atom devices not a durable hardware..
for example: Both small stereo Speakers.. easily broken when u up the volume to the full. (u must set the balance to the "R" side & kill the Bass on the Equalizer in order to fix the problems).

The microphone also.. sometimes its not sensitive, regardless your operator quality & signal. and easily broken... i have bunch of my colleague using Atom got broken stereo speakers and mics.

Then i sold my Atom and get Atom Exec... bit better devices, New motherboard & the LCD screen is different from regular Atom. other than that not much different.
