stuck at bootloader tried everything, plz!

i need help please!
im really sorry for posting, i read everything before posting, i really really tried my best.
i have BA sx66 for a year or so, perfect working and i decided to upgrade to wm6. following wiki, seemed to work and then at 91 percent it freezes.
in the first step didnt appear the ce info.
i tried everything, reinstall active sync, mtty, usb conections, and all posts.
this is what i had,

and now, it appears usb when connected to cradle, no lights, when i run helmi ba wm6 ro it appears as finish but nothing else happen, and when i run mtty the usb appear but not the WCEUSBSH001 so i dont know what i am doing wrong.
i ve using AS 4.1, 3.8 and 4.5 and nothing.
no hubs.
please help!

now everything seem to work fine until the stage 3 where the BA turns off when trying to update and stays at 0%.
dont know what else to do, i keep trying and trying, any ideas?
