View Full Version : Problems upgrading Vario II to WM6

Hi Guys,

I recently bought a second hand mda vario II and got the WM6 rom from Herms mobile 6 forum.

when i try to upgrade,just when it starts upgrading after 1% it says Invalid Vendor ID (Error 294).

The rom version of my vario II is;
1.21.110.3 and radio version 1.05.05.00 and protocol version 32.36.7010.04H.

any help is appreciated.

If you use the Custom_RUU or perform CID unlock, you will not get that error.
