best tcpmp/core player settings please, please

i've been fiddling for some time now. does anyone know the best settings, only when the screen shots pan quickly there's quite a bit of stutter.
anyone know, or will this always be the case (i apreciate it's probably never gonna be perfect)?

you can use tcmp for al files but windows files:

go to: tcmp - settings file associations and click on all the types of media file - i.e. wav, avi, wmv, mpeg etc etc

i also get the stutter when i use wmp, have no idea why, when i used wm5 rom worked great, now doesnt?? anyone knwo why this is?
