Random Beep WM6

I am having an extremely strange problem and I hope someone here has a solution. In about one out of every eight calls I make or receive there is a random beep. I don't hear this on my end but the person I am talking with hears it. It sounds just like a call waiting beep. Again, there is no rhyme or reason. I have done a hard reset, Shut down the running processes one by one, and remapped the VC button to no avail. Any info or insight would be GREATLY appreciated.

I am getting this also but no solution found.

It seems to be an issue with voice command and a privacy function of some phones. If you unbind the vc button on your phone and soft reset, the problem should go away.
