Getting Time from GSM network?

I remember reading somewher about a registry tweak that added a tab (or was it adding a checkmark to an already existing tab?) to phone settings, this new tab with a checkmark for syncing the device time with the GSM network.

Is there anything similar registry key for Artemis/WM6?
