my 838 pro with activesyn 4.5 refuse to connect to the update software .
when it verifying the device ,the phone turn to green ,blue ,red n white screen ,then disconnect from activesync ?
i have to flash the device cos it have no gsm service when powering up .
Please i need your expert advices ,thank you .
