Caller ID not showing

I'm using WM6 (the O2 upgrade) on my Orbit and when I receive and incoming call the caller ID isn't displayed until I answer - normally where a notification would pop up showing who it is there is nothing but 'answer'.

I did have S2U2 0.80 for a couple of hours but I didn't like it (slowed my device down too much) so I uninstalled it. It seems like this problem has been occurring since I first installed it, but I thought uninstalling it would have fixed it.

Does anyone know how I can make the caller ID show up again?

do you have spb phone suite installed? please try to uninstall that, it may cause this problem.
if that dont work then i recomend a hard reset.

I have SPB PocketPlus and SPB Time installed, as I have had for years without this problem.

I do not have time to hard reset yet again right now, so I'm still searching for alternatives. Thanks for the response.
