After upgrading WM6 camera and record buttons don't work

I've upgrade to WM6 from W2003SE.
Then I make hard reset push camera and record buttons.
then I must choose to Clean Registry Hive and “Format Storage” but the
buttons don't work so I can't choose.

What can I do?

hmm... when did the buttons failed to work?
after the upgrade?
or before?

your question "The Topic Header" implied that it's After the upgrade...

but since you're having this kind of problem...

that those two buttons arent working on your WM2003SE.
