After update WM6 camera and record buttons don't work

I've upgrade to WM6 from W2003SE.
Then I make hard reset push camera and record buttons.
then I must choose to Clean Registry Hive and “Format Storage” but the
buttons don't work so I can't choose.

What can I do?

I'm just wondering if you managed to resolve this problem. I having the same issue with my pda2k with an upgrade from wm5 to wm6 .
