phone funtion keeps disabling its self

hey guys ive got a huge problem with my hermes.
everytime i switch it on, enter my pin, it connects normally to the GSM network (o2), but after doing one call, or after about 5 minutes, the phone function kinda hangs it self, and i cant do or recieve any calls. it keeps trying to connect to the network again, wich fails. i have to then switch it off completely, and turn it back on, to make like one call (at most).

already resetet the hermes completely wich didnt help.

what do u guys say? probably broken?
