Problem with SYNC

hi. i want to ask.

i have juz reformatted my com. and so, the contacts in outlook is gone. however, when i plug my atom life into the com, all contacts in my atom life are gone as well.

can anyone assist me in this? i have encounter this problem 2 3 times.

do help. anyway i can backup my contacts?

use PIM backup, spb backup, or sprite backup. once the contacts are gone, they are gone.
