Issue with downloading games, etc.

I upgraded my rom to the shaps 4.0 and now when I go to internet explorer and surf to the media mall website for at&t/cingular, it gives me an error message when I attempt to download anything.

"we're sorry, your device is not supported for purchases on the media mall."

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I'm using the wap.cingular connection
I surfed manually to the web site, wap2.cinuglarextras.com
