Turning phone ON / Exiting Flight mode problem

i'm having a problem with my flight mode.. when i enter flight mode, i can not turn phone back on. I have to soft reset my tytn II to get network access.. anybody have solution for this problem?
I'm using Dutty's TouchFlo beta rom

Well, was traveling for Thanksgiving and the same thing just happened to me...using stock ATT Tilt ROM.

Does this happen every time you use flight mode? or just now and then?

I've used Flight mode alot and have never seen this before.
