big problem on my new kaiser, any help is appreciated

i installed quake 3 arena on my Kaiser, but it was really slow and un-playable so i deleted the quake folders from my device and did a soft reset. When my phone turned on again i could no longer access the phone or my calendar or tasks. When i click on tasks i receive this message "no program memory available." when i have 70 megabytes free. (more than i had before installing quake)
