Active Sync Disconnecting

Hello I am currently Using Active Sync 4.5 and windows 6 with vp3g 3.62.3 Sometimes while connected to active sync and fully synced for some reason the phone will just randomly disconnect and when i try to reconnect it fails. This also happens when using internet connection sharing program through usb. anyone know whats going on??

I also had the same problem, i discovered it mostly happened when i was running alot of process heavy programs on my computer at the same time. Peer2Peer software(torrents), WinAmp, World of Warcraft, multiple Firefox windows and Secure CRT. I found closing most programs would fix the problem.

I also have active sync issues on my laptop..(go figure) i am still using the process of elimination through this troubleshooter
